Choose the Option That's Right for You
FREE Exchanges
You can exchange your items for another size, color, or cut (Classic Cut/Brazilian/Cheeky Cut) of equal value. Exchanges are completely FREE within 30 days of purchase. If you want to exchange for another style, we recommend returning items for Store Credit (which is instant), and repurchasing another style with your Store Credit.
FREE Store Credit + $20 Bonus
Customers who choose Store Credit instead of a refund will receive an additional $20 bonus Store Credit. Example: Paid $120 → Receive $140 in Store Credit. Store Credit does not expire, is issued instantly, so you can reorder right away or use on future purchases.
Refunds
Prefer a refund? Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. A $5.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after your return is received.We offer FREE exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you are in a rush and need an exchange urgently, we highly recommend for you to return the unwanted items for Store Credit, and then make a new purchase for the desired items. No exchanges are issued after 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept exchanges for items marked FINAL SALE.
Items must have all original tags and hygienic liners still attached and must be tried on over other undergarments. All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
Voda Swim offers refunds within 30 days of purchase. A $5.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund total (USA Only), or you may choose to receive Store Credit instead of a refund (with a $20 Bonus). All International orders are responsible for return shipping charges back to Voda Swim. No refunds are issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Store Credit purchases can be exchanged or returned for a Store Credit to be used at a later date. We do not cancel/refund Store Credit under any circumstances.

USA RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please enter your order number and email address above.
2. Select the item(s) and reason you would like to return/exchange.
3. Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
4. Please print the shipping label. Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Remember to keep your tracking number!
5. Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund or exchange processed.
6. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your exchange has been shipped or your refund has been issued.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please enter your order number and email address above.
2. Select the item(s) and reason you would like to return. We offer exchanges and returns in the form of a refund or store credit (with a $20 Bonus).
3. Place your items back in your package and send them back to us. For international customers, list the RMA# inside the package to ensure correct processing once received.
4. International orders are not provided a return label. All international return shipping is paid for by the customer. Please make sure to retain tracking # and get insurance as Voda Swim is not responsible for any lost packages during shipping. Return your package to:

Return Processing Times
Please allow a total of up to 3-4 weeks (USA returns) and up to 6 weeks (International returns) for return shipping and processing times.
All USA returns are shipped using US Postal Service first class or parcel post mail which takes 3-10 days. It takes an additional 3-10 business days from the time we receive your package for our receiving department to process your refund or exchange and for the credit to show back to your method of payment.
