Choose the Option That's Right for You
FREE Exchanges
You can exchange your items for another size, color, or cut (Classic Cut/Brazilian/Cheeky Cut) of equal value. Exchanges are completely FREE within 30 days of purchase. If you want to exchange for another style, we recommend returning items for Store Credit which will be issued once your returned item is received at our warehouse, and repurchasing another style with your Store Credit.
FREE Store Credit + $20 Bonus
Customers who choose Store Credit instead of a refund will receive an additional $20 bonus Store Credit. Example: Paid $120 → Receive $140 in Store Credit.
Store Credit will be issued once your returned item is received at our warehouse, so you can reorder right away or use on future purchases.
Refunds
Prefer a refund? Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. A $5.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund total. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after your return is received.We offer FREE exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you are in a rush and need an exchange urgently, we highly recommend for you to return the unwanted items for Store Credit, and then make a new purchase for the desired items. No exchanges are issued after 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept exchanges for items marked FINAL SALE.
Items must have all original tags and hygienic liners still attached and must be tried on over other undergarments. All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
Voda Swim offers refunds within 30 days of purchase. A $5.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund total (USA Only), or you may choose to receive Store Credit instead of a refund (with a $20 Bonus). All International orders are responsible for return shipping charges back to Voda Swim. No refunds are issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Store Credit purchases can be exchanged or returned for a Store Credit to be used at a later date. We do not cancel/refund Store Credit under any circumstances.
